Edwardian Style Vintage Amethyst Ring

This white gold filigree Edwardian style amethyst is insanely enchanting. The stone is impossibly gorgeous and looks like a kaleidoscope sea of purple crystal. We've been trying to determine the era and have decided that it is not originally Edwardian (though most would sell it as that, because it is such a perfect representation), but beyond that we aren't really sure from the 1950s to 1980s...it's a bit of a mystery. It's most likely post-WWII, and that's as far as we can tell. 

No matter when she hails from, she is simply a showstopper featuring an expertly cut large 6.8 carat amethyst that sparkles and reflects light in an amazingly elegant way. Finished off with fine fine floral filigree and open work, and a shank that is engraved all the way around. This is one piece that I guarantee you will be ecstatic to see in person.
