Shipping Methods

Shipping cost includes insurance, signature service, and double boxing for security, as well as a beautiful jewelry box for your new (old) piece of jewelry. Shipping rates vary by piece, and FedEx is used for most shipments. Please contact us for a quote for International shipping and to make sure we ship to your country.

Pieces are sent out within 3 business days with Express service, unless other arrangements have been made. We cannot guarantee arrival dates, though in general the Express service takes 3 business within the US, which makes the overall shipping time approximately 6 business days, though often shorter.   

Please be in touch to discuss if you need your piece by a certain date.

Returns & Exchanges

More than anything, we want to make sure that you love your new piece of jewelry, and that you are happy with your experience.

To return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the piece at which time we will give you return instructions. Item must then be mailed within 5 days of receiving, with insurance and signature delivery.  We reserve the right to retain up to a 10% restocking fee but will return to you as much as possible, which in most cases is the full amount minus shipping.

If item is misrepresented we will cover shipping costs.

Buying fine jewelry online can be scary sometimes, and we want our customers to feel comfortable knowing that we will do everything we can to make sure you end up with the right piece.
